Terms of Service for WOKESCREEN™ Giveaway

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open only to those who watch the launch stream of WOKESCREEN™ on YouTube, have typed #CultureWarrior into the chat during the stream, and who have an existing membership (free or premium) active on the WOKESCREEN™ site before the draw. The giveaway is only open to residents of Europe and North America.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating, the contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of WOKESCREEN™ as final and binding as it relates to the content of this giveaway.

3. Entry Period

Entries will be accepted online starting from the beginning of the WOKESCREEN™ launch stream and ending at the conclusion of the stream.

4. How to Enter

The giveaway must be entered by watching the launch stream on YouTube, typing #CultureWarrior into the chat during the stream, and having an existing active membership on WOKESCREEN™ that predates the draw. The entry must fulfil all giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize.

5. Prizes

The winner(s) will receive a prize (codes, merchandise). The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by WOKESCREEN™. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected digitally and at random using the giveaway tool provided by Streamyard. The selection will occur live during the WOKESCREEN™ launch stream. The winner will be notified immediately at the time of the draw. If the winner is not present during the announcement, it is their responsibility to watch the replay of the stream to find out if they have won. WOKESCREEN™ will not chase or inform the winner separately. The winner must claim their prize within five (5) days from the announcement. Failure to claim the prize within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize.

7. Claiming the Prize

The winner must claim their prize by emailing WOKESCREEN™ within seven (7) days from the receipt of the notification. The email address used to claim the prize must match the email address registered to the winner’s WOKESCREEN™ account. Failure to claim the prize within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize.

8. Rights Granted by You

By entering this content, You understand and agree that WOKESCREEN™, anyone acting on behalf of WOKESCREEN™, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the giveaway, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes. without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
