1. Introduction
Welcome to WOKESCREEN™. By using our website and services, you are agreeing to the following Terms of Service.

For the purposes of this agreement, “Services” refers to the subscriptions sold on our website. “User” refers to anyone who purchases our services. “Content” refers to any materials, including but not limited to text, images, and video, found on our site or associated platforms.
3. Services Description and Subscription Details
We offer both monthly and annual subscription packages with various benefits, as described on our website. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms of that subscription and the associated benefits and obligations.
4. Payment Terms
All payments for subscriptions are processed via Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. This will stop future payments, and you will retain access to our services until the end of your current subscription period. We do not offer refunds for subscriptions.
6. User Obligations and Conduct
As a user, you agree to respect all copyright laws and not to misuse any discounts or other benefits provided through your subscription. This includes not sharing your discount code or account access with any other person. Any breach of these obligations will result in immediate termination of your account, without refund. We reserve the right to take legal action in the event of a breach. Users must also abide by our Community Guidelines, which prohibit racist, harassing, illegal, or inappropriate actions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our site, unless otherwise stated, is the exclusive property of WOKESCREEN™. If you upload content to our site, or provide us with content for use on our site, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your work. You confirm that you are the rightful owner of any content you provide and that you indemnify us against any claims arising from the use of this content.

9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service will be resolved through mediation, in accordance with the laws of England, United Kingdom.

11. SPECIAL TERMS FOR PRIVATE UNRECORDED SUPPORT CALLS
11.1 Introduction to Support Calls
WOKESCREEN™, together with The Reason We Parent, offers exclusive private unrecorded virtual support group meetings (“Support Calls”) for eligible members. These Support Calls are subject to the terms described herein.
11.2 Eligibility for Support Calls
Support Calls are available to:
- Logician members who have completed at least two billing cycles.
- Rhetorician members and Lifetime Rhetorician members are granted immediate access.
- The Reason We Parent monthly and annual members receive immediate access.
This is a premium perk included in the specified memberships.
11.3 Schedule and Punctuality
Support Calls are scheduled for:
- Tuesdays from 7 PM to 9 PM Eastern Time
- Sundays from 7 PM to 9 PM Eastern Time
Calls will commence on time and will not be delayed for late arrivals.
11.4 Video Participation
Participants have the option to enable or disable their video during Support Calls according to their comfort level.
11.5 Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and aim to protect your privacy during Support Calls. Absolute confidentiality cannot be fully guaranteed, and by joining the calls, you accept this condition.
11.6 Third-Party Video Conferencing Platforms
Support Calls are conducted via StreamYard and Discord, which provide encryption and security features. While we trust these services, WOKESCREEN™ and The Reason We Parent cannot guarantee complete security. By participating, you agree to the privacy and security policies of these platforms:
11.7 Conduct and Confidentiality on Calls
Participants must maintain the confidentiality of conversations within Support Calls. It is prohibited to record, share, or disseminate call content. Any violation may result in the immediate termination of your membership.
11.8 No Refunds for Breach of Terms
No refunds will be issued for any membership cancellations or terminations resulting from a breach of these terms.
11.9 Limitation of Liability
WOKESCREEN™ and The Reason We Parent will not be held responsible for any breaches of privacy or confidentiality related to third-party platforms or participant actions. You agree to release both entities from any related claims.
11.10 Acceptance of Special Terms
Your participation in Support Calls confirms your agreement to these Special Terms, which complement WOKESCREEN™’s general Terms of Service.
