WOKESCREEN™ Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
1. OVERVIEW
This affiliate agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the affiliate (“You”) and WOKESCREEN™, a UK-based entity operating wokescreen.com (“We”, “Our”, or “Us”). By participating in the WOKESCREEN™ affiliate programme, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
2. Affiliate Acceptance and Signup
To qualify for the affiliate programme, you must be an existing annual member of WOKESCREEN™. To apply, please contact WOKESCREEN™ via the contact form at https://wokescreen.com/contact.
3. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on the first signup of users who utilise the affiliate member’s unique code. This commission will be calculated after deducting any applicable fees charged by our payment processor, Stripe. No tiered structures or bonus commissions are available at this time.
4. Payment Details
Commission payments will be dispatched monthly, provided that the affiliate has reached a minimum threshold of $50. We reserve the right to alter the payment dates due to scheduling conflicts. All payments will be processed via PayPal.
5. Promotional Materials
Promotional materials may be provided upon request and are subject to our approval on a case-by-case basis. Affiliates must obtain our consent before creating and disseminating their promotional content.
6. Prohibited Practices
Engagement in unsolicited email promotions or spam will result in the suspension of the affiliate’s account and withholding of accumulated commissions. We reserve the right to request the cessation of any marketing method utilised by an affiliate if we deem it to be detrimental or potentially detrimental to the reputation of WOKESCREEN™.
7. Termination
Affiliates may be terminated from the programme if:
- They engage in deceptive commission claims. We retain the right to make the final judgement in such instances.
- Their marketing practices are detrimental or potentially detrimental to the WOKESCREEN™ brand.
- Their membership with WOKESCREEN™ ends, either through the termination of their subscription or suspension.
In the event of suspension, all funds will be forfeited.
8. Tracking
User signups will be tracked using the affiliate’s unique code linked upon signup.
9. Liability and Disputes
All disputes will be addressed in writing. Claims lacking the presence of the affiliate code under a new member will be dismissed. Our liability does not extend beyond the commission owed to affiliates.
10. Changes to the Terms
Changes to these terms will be communicated via email to affiliates and through a notification in our Discord server. Affiliates are deemed to have accepted the changes after 7 days of the notification.
